The BetterPoints you win can be spent at participating local businesses, online, or you can donate them to charity. New Year, new goals, new rewards!
We're partnering with Southwark Leisure this January for loads of new rewards and prizes for getting active.
We've got weekly prize draws, where you can win:
- 8th January: Win a one-month membership
- 15th January: Three 1-2-1 sessions with a Personal Trainer
- 22nd January: Five gym sessions
- 29th January: Five swim sessions
- 5th February: Three-month membership
To be in with a chance of winning, just do 10 minutes of walking, cycling, running or wheeling every day for 1 BetterTicket into the prize draw, or tap in for a 'Move' reward for a BetterTicket.
You can also earn 50 BetterPoints, up to 5 times a week for attending the gym, swimming, playing ball sports and badminton, athletics and going to your local outdoor gym and leisure centre.
Once you're in the location (see the centres here), to get your points tap the ☰ Menu then More ways to earn and choose the right 'Move...' reward icon.

We're celebrating the Open Day with:
- Double points all day for walking, wheeling and cycling
- Each person who attends one of the leisure centres on the day will be entered into a prize draw for 20,000 BetterPoints.
